Hi, I’m Cilla Ann, the heart and hands behind Farm to Tallows. I give it all to GOD. He has led me to where I am at today. I would like to thank all of my sweet customers who have driven me to excellence and whom have been here since the very start!
My background as dermatology medical assistant, radiologist technician, and a certified laser technician specializing in tattoo and laser hair removal, I’ve spent years understanding skin health and how to nurture it naturally. My passion for skincare isn’t just professional—it’s personal.
Growing up, I watched my mother and grandmother use tallow-based remedies for everything from dry skin to irritation. Their time-tested wisdom inspired me to refine a secret tallow recipe that has helped soothe eczema, dryness, and other skin imperfections naturally. Seeing the incredible results, I knew I had to share this gift with others.
At Farm to Tallows, I create each product with love, care, and a small-town touch. As a woman-owned small business, I take pride in using only 100% grass-fed and grass-finished tallow, paired with pure, nourishing ingredients—free from synthetic chemicals and unnecessary additives.

My skin is also very sensitive to synthetic fragrances and heavy ingredients.
